1. Purpose and scope
Trueseller is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. You must
use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in a way that does not harm
other users, payment systems, or the platform.
2. Listing standards
Listings must be accurate, clear, and not misleading.
You must have the right to sell the item or service you post.
Pricing, photos, and item condition must reflect the real offer.
Duplicate, deceptive, or manipulated listings are not allowed.
3. Prohibited items and services
Illegal, stolen, unsafe, or restricted goods.
Counterfeit goods or intellectual property violations.
Fraud-related services, scam offers, or fake opportunities.
Content that promotes violence, hate, abuse, or harassment.
Any listing prohibited by applicable law or regulation.
4. Prohibited behavior
Impersonation, fake identity use, or account sharing abuse.
Spam, phishing, malware, scraping, or unauthorized automation.
Attempts to bypass moderation, blocks, or security controls.
Chargeback abuse, card testing, or payment fraud attempts.
Any behavior intended to manipulate trust, ranking, or reviews.
5. KYC and verification expectations
Users must provide truthful onboarding details. Trueseller may request
additional verification information where needed for risk, compliance,
or safety investigations.
6. Monitoring and enforcement
Trueseller may use moderation, user reports, and risk checks to enforce
this policy. Enforcement actions may include listing removal, warnings,
temporary restrictions, account suspension, or permanent bans.
7. Reporting violations
If you see suspicious activity, report it in app or email
support@trueseller.app
with the listing ID, user details, and supporting evidence.
